  The good review posted on here must be a mistake. Don't believe the excellence award certificates posted in the shop. This place has terrible customer service. The fish was so dry it was like trying to eat cardboard. The chips were so over cooked they were also burnt and dry. There was so much salt on everything and as hard as we tried to eat the cardboard-y fish, it was way too salty to even finish. We threw away about $50 worth of food.

  We should have stayed home and had toast for dinner. Do yourself a favor, save your money and stay home for toast. We will never be going back here.

  Excellent seafood shop. The food I received was hot and fresh. The chips were crisp and the scallops were tender. The service was friendly and the wait time was minimal. The serving size for chips could be improved as it is barely enough for one person.

  My family and I have been coming here for the past 8 months friday evenings and new management. We have always found the battered fish to be fresh and the best batter ever. Very impressed. Keep up the great work!!!!

  Absolutely disgusting. Gravy looks and tastes like rotten pea and ham soup. Green and thick, not brown in the slightest. Nothing is ever hot when exchanged, and the customer service is appalling. Incredibly overpriced. Paid near $50 for some basic fish and a milkshake that was just milk with a teaspoon of vanilla essence - no ice cream nor effort. Very disappointed in this shop altogether. Great potential in the area, sad to see its being let down so thoroughly!
